Absences
If a student is absent the class for a period of 6 months or more, that student’s account will be removed from our “active” file. If that student wishes to continue their education, a new enrollment fee will be required.

Affordable Plans for Every Budget
OC Language Center Direct offers students and families an affordable pricing plan for any budget. Choose to Pay As You Go, or select a more cost-effective Time Package Plan or Monthly Plan. If you choose a Monthly Plan or Time Package Plan, the commitment term is 6 months.

Other Fees
Instructional Materials: There is an additional charge for books and other instructional materials that may be needed. The cost ranges from $20 to $100, depending on your interests and the length of the course. Some courses, especially conversation classes, may not require such materials.

Minimum Enrollment
There is no minimum initial enrollment requirement for Pay As You Go Plans.  However, an initial enrollment of 4-10 tutoring sessions is suggested.

Method of Payment
Payment of tuition and fees may be made by cash or check only, or credit card (through Paypal).

Returned Checks:
Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 NSF fee and all future payments must be made by Cashier’s Check or Money Order only.

Cancellations:
Classes cancelled by the student(s) may be made up only if notice is given by the student to OC Language Center either by phone (949) 374-7786 or by email to info@OCLanguageCenter.com at least 30 DAYS prior to scheduled session time.  If a student fails to cancel on time, full tuition must be paid for the missed class(es).  There is no rescheduling or "making up" classes where the student "no shows".

Refund Policy:
OC Language Center offers no refunds for any payments made.  While every case will be handled on a case per case basis, and we are sensitive to changes in the daily routine of ours students, we will make every effort to reschedule classes, and seek alternatives, but at no point should a student expect a refund for a class that he or she did not attend regardless of fault.
